The House of Hine stands on the banks of the River Charente, deep in Cognac country. It is one of the oldest houses in Jarnac with over 250 years of history. Hine has recently upgraded its XO from Fine Champagne to Grande Champagne (as well as its packaging), meaning that all the Eaux-de-vie used in the assemblage are from the best region of Cognac. This bottling has aged a minimum of 10 years.
